- Coursework. Complete seven required courses.
- Designations Fast Track. Hold a CCIM, CFM, CSM, PCAM, RPA, or SIOR designation and submit the fast track approval fee.
- Real Estate Degree Fast Track.
- Professional Experience Fast Track.
How much does it cost to get your cam?
